BI Analyst

About the position:

We are looking for a detail-oriented BI Analyst with a strong focus on reporting and data visualization to join our analytics team. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to transform complex marketing and e-commerce data into clear, actionable insights. You will be responsible for building dashboards, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring data accuracy using tools such as Looker Studio, BigQuery, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Your work will play a key role in optimizing client performance and driving strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

◆ Develop insightful dashboards using Looker Studio for various stakeholders
◆ Maintain and improve existing reports
◆ Prepare marketing and web data for reporting using SQL
◆ Define and maintain data models for reporting
◆ Gather requirements to create dashboards
◆ Participate in the development of the company’s BI system
◆ Collaborate with marketing teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) like CAC, ROAS, CTR and provide performance summaries
◆ Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Keep an eye on new platforms, methods, and industry changes, suggesting process improvements that speed up analysis or boost marketing outcomes

Requirements:

◆ 1+ years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, data analysis or marketing analytics
◆ Proficiency with any BI tool – Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
◆ Strong SQL skills, ideally with experience in BigQuery
◆ Good knowledge of analytical software such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
◆ Understanding of web and marketing analytics concepts
◆ Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and curiosity
◆ Ability to communicate complex ideas simply, both visually and verbally
◆ Proficient in written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)
