Data Analyst (Marketing & Ecommerce)

About the position:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Marketing & Ecommerce) who can turn raw numbers into clear, revenue-boosting insights across acquisition and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for digital marketing. This role is well-suited for an individual who is passionate about data and is eager to guide clients in making informed decisions based on marketing performance.

Responsibilities:

Translate data into growth opportunities for businesses by conducting data analyses (funnel, cohort, LTV, sentiment, pricing, etc.)
Monitor media performance and define measurable KPIs across paid search, paid social, email, and other channels, recommending strategies to improve campaign delivery
Communicate complex information so that it is easy to understand and influence others to take action based on the useful information provided
Generate data-driven hypotheses for A/B testing and user experience enhancements that could lift conversion and measure post-launch impact, focusing on optimizing conversion rates and revenue per user to maximize gross ROAS
Collaborate with marketing teams to adjust budgets, creatives, targeting, and report the resulting performance gains
Provide strategic recommendations to improve digital marketing efforts based on data insights, industry best practices, and evolving trends
Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Keep an eye on new platforms, methods, and industry changes, suggesting process improvements that speed up analysis or boost marketing outcomes

Requirements:

1+ year in marketing, growth, or data analytics with demonstrable impact on performance metrics
Good knowledge of analytical software, such as Google Analytics
Strong SQL skills, ideally with experience in BigQuery
Hands-on experience with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and similar)
Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI
Strong knowledge of CRO concepts, KPI math (ROAS, CPA, LTV/CAC), test-design principles, and data-driven decision-making processes
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets and apply them to improve campaign performance
Familiarity with statistical software (Python, R)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficient in written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)
