About the position:

As a Senior Web Designer (project-based role), you will play a crucial role in reshaping our internal website and social media visuals, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, extremely competitive, and aligned with our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

◆ New website design.
◆ Lead the design process for the internal website/social media redesign project, from concept to final implementation.
◆ Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
◆ Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that align with the company’s brand and goals.
◆ Collaborate with our developer to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency.
◆ Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design systems.
◆ Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
◆ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to ensure the website remains modern and effective.

Requirements:

◆ 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design.
◆ Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
◆ Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
◆ Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
◆ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
◆ Proficient in written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
◆ Ability to work independently.
◆ Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
