Senior HR Manager
About the position:
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. The Senior HR Manager will play a crucial role in This position reports directly to the CEO and requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving organizational success through effective HR practices.
Responsibilities:
◆ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
◆ Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent
◆ Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity
◆ Lead employee relations initiatives
◆ Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity
◆ Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters
◆ Participate in organizing and supporting company events, internal meetings, workplace initiatives, and employee birthday reminders and gifts (in collaboration with Office Manager)
◆ Assess the skill level of prospective candidates, conduct interviews, and discuss job responsibilities
Requirements:
◆ 4 years of progressive experience in HR roles
◆ Good command of written and spoken English level (B1)
◆ In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
◆ Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
◆ Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive organizational success
◆ Experience managing complex employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism
