Senior HR Manager

About the position:

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. The Senior HR Manager will play a crucial role in This position reports directly to the CEO and requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving organizational success through effective HR practices.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent
Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity
Lead employee relations initiatives
Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters
Participate in organizing and supporting company events, internal meetings, workplace initiatives, and employee birthday reminders and gifts (in collaboration with Office Manager)
Assess the skill level of prospective candidates, conduct interviews, and discuss job responsibilities

Requirements:

4 years of progressive experience in HR roles
Good command of written and spoken English level (B1)
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive organizational success
Experience managing complex employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism
