Senior Marketing Analyst
About the position:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Analyst to lead our marketing analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong desire to foster growth in the digital industry. Responsibilities:
◆ Lead strategic planning and execution of marketing analytics initiatives, providing data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (paid search, paid social, email, etc.).
◆ Own the analysis and monitoring of media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, proactively developing hypotheses to improve performance and support conversion rate optimization efforts.
◆ Work closely with cross-functional teams to define business objectives and align marketing strategies with measurable KPIs, focusing on improving conversion rates and optimizing customer acquisition costs (CAC).
◆ Lead the execution of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies, including A/B testing and user experience enhancements, to maximize campaign ROAS.
◆ Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze, and optimize custom reports and dashboards that communicate key insights, performance metrics, and campaign results.
◆ Provide strategic recommendations to improve digital marketing efforts based on data insights, industry best practices, and evolving trends.
◆ Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and continually refine processes to improve marketing outcomes.
◆ Manage, mentor, and guide junior and middle analysts, helping them develop skills and providing support for their professional growth.
Requirements:
◆ 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, including strategic planning, conversion rate optimization, and media performance analysis.
◆ Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels (paid search, social media, email marketing, etc.) to drive conversion and revenue growth.
◆ Expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Looker Studio or other data visualization platforms.
◆ Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making processes.
◆ Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets and apply them to improve campaign performance.
◆ Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools; familiarity with statistical software (Python, R) is a plus.
◆ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
◆ Proficient in written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
◆ Experience in leading teams, with strong project management skills to ensure timely and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
