Senior Web Analyst

About the position:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Web Analyst to lead our web analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong desire to foster growth in the digital industry. Responsibilities:

Lead the Web Analytics projects in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting website data using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other web analytics and marketing platforms (mostly Google stack).
Understand business needs and transform them into technical requirements for web analytics implementation.
Support all aspects of web analytics implementation, including tracking audit, implementation plan, setup, documentation, tools configuration, reporting, and user administration.
Manipulate large data sets, providing actionable insights.
Collaborate with diverse teams to implement tracking solutions, including tag management and conversion tracking.
Identify and interpret trends, patterns, and insights to drive data-driven recommendations and optimizations for our clients.
Work with the Marketing team on how to best leverage analytics to construct dashboards and reporting mechanisms, thus leading to better business decisions, as well as recommendations for improvements.
Consistently enhance your expertise in web analytics best practices, industry trends, and the latest tools and technologies.

Requirements:

2–6 years of digital analytics experience (agency and/or client side).
◆ Extensive experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred), tag management solutions (GTM), data visualization software (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar), and BigQuery.
Asking the right questions to understand business problems and identify measurement of business goals.
Proficiency in A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, Visual Website Optimizer, or Optimizely).
Deep knowledge of current best practices and standards in web analytics.
Robust numerical, statistical, and analytical skills with an ability to spot any issues or trends in data.
Familiarity with JavaScript, especially as it relates to tag management, 3rd-party marketing tags and implementing troubleshooting analytics.
Proficient in written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
