Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager

About the position:

As our SMM Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing our social media strategy across various platforms. You will be a key player in driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation by creating compelling, high-quality content that resonates with our audience. Your creative expertise in photo/video shooting, video editing, and content creation will be essential in producing engaging posts, banners, and other visual assets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
Conduct photo and video shoots to create original content for social media posts, stories, and advertisements.
Edit and enhance videos to ensure they are polished and aligned with our brand’s voice and objectives.
Monitor social media trends, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align social media content with overall marketing goals and branding guidelines.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and interact with the community to foster brand loyalty.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new platforms, and emerging social media tools to maintain a competitive edge.

 

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and video/photo production.
Strong creative and visual skills, with experience in photo and video shooting/editing.
Proficient in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and social media management tools.
Expertise in creating content that drives engagement, growth, and conversions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A strong portfolio showcasing your creative work (social media posts, videos, banners, etc.).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for staying on top of trends and new technologies in the social media and marketing landscape.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance.
