Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager
About the position:
As our SMM Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing our social media strategy across various platforms. You will be a key player in driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation by creating compelling, high-quality content that resonates with our audience. Your creative expertise in photo/video shooting, video editing, and content creation will be essential in producing engaging posts, banners, and other visual assets.
Responsibilities:
◆ Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
◆ Create and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
◆ Conduct photo and video shoots to create original content for social media posts, stories, and advertisements.
◆ Edit and enhance videos to ensure they are polished and aligned with our brand’s voice and objectives.
◆ Monitor social media trends, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize engagement.
◆ Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align social media content with overall marketing goals and branding guidelines.
◆ Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms.
◆ Engage with followers, respond to comments, and interact with the community to foster brand loyalty.
◆ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new platforms, and emerging social media tools to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
◆ Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and video/photo production.
◆ Strong creative and visual skills, with experience in photo and video shooting/editing.
◆ Proficient in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and social media management tools.
◆ Expertise in creating content that drives engagement, growth, and conversions.
◆ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
◆ A strong portfolio showcasing your creative work (social media posts, videos, banners, etc.).
◆ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
◆ Passion for staying on top of trends and new technologies in the social media and marketing landscape.
Preferred Qualifications:
◆ A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
◆ Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance.
