Business Development Manager / Sales manager

We are looking for an experienced business developer/sales manager who is ready to build the process of selling services, as well as the overall team around them (to be the driving force).

Responsibilities

◆ Research the market, maintain databases
◆ To promote and present company’s services
◆ Look for potential customers, qualifications of prospective
◆ Initial analysis of the client’s requirements / organization of initial meetings and calls
◆ Development of marketing resources, online presence
◆ Formation and mentoring of the sales team

Requirements

◆ At least 3 years of experience in IT sales (preferably in the field of digital advertising or IT business
◆ Experience in the sales department, as well as building a department from scratch
◆ Free communication in English and Russian (oral and written)
◆ Experience in using CRM systems
