Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Manager Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to our team and clients. As a Manager Assistant, you will work remotely, utilizing technology and communication tools to efficiently manage tasks, appointments, and projects.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Communication Management: Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and professionally.
Research and Data Management: Conduct research on various topics, gather data, and provide summarized reports. Organize and maintain databases, files, and records in a systematic and easily accessible manner. Keep information updated and ensure data accuracy.
Virtual Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize virtual meetings, including sending invitations, managing calendar invites, and setting up conference calls or video conferences.
Documentation and Filing: Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Manager Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficient in using productivity tools, project management software, and communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Trello).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Tech-savvy with a good understanding of digital tools and applications.
